Physicians, clinics and research teams working with Chiasma define project scope in a protected customer panel. They track project details and current status, and manage records only in workspaces they are authorised to access.

Keep the project name, product type and short scope description in one record. Details come from the authorised workspace on the server, not seeded browser data.

Manage records as draft, active, on hold, completed or archived. Version checks prevent an update in another session from being overwritten accidentally.

Owner, admin, member and viewer roles determine read and change permissions. Every request is checked again by the server against the session and membership.

Two-step email-code sign-in, passkey support, Turnstile protection and server-side sessions help protect account access.

Only platform administrators can see customer workspaces and the cross-workspace project list. Administration requests are reauthorised by the server.

The panel is not designed for patient-identifying data or medical records; do not enter them. Use its forms only for product scope and project-management information.

Dr. Morteza Foulady founded Chiasma to keep medical expertise inside the decisions that shape health technology. As a physician and AI engineer, he works across clinical problem framing, system architecture and implementation. Chiasma projects are not treated as generic software briefs: medical experts and engineers work together from problem definition through interface design, implementation, testing and evaluation.
